The course is designed to help caregivers understand and support their loved ones while maintaining their own well being. Registration is required. Gain practical, up to date information about mental health conditions. Understand the latest treatment options, discover problem solving techniques and how to advocate for your family member. "Family to Family" is taught by trained facilitators who are family members of individuals living with mental illness. Facilitators provide critical information and strategies related to caregiving through presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.
